Here are some links to trials and reports that I have used to make treatment
decisions, or that I have just found to be informative. As many as possible
have been converted into PDF so that they will always be available here.
Note: Jane has ceased Zantac and replaced it with
Cimetidine.

Clomipramine
Jane takes 150mg once daily at night
Therapeutic
potential of antidepressants in malignant glioma: clinical experience
with clomipramine
| "Conclusions: These early results from a rather
selected group of patients has led to a larger trial. The
side-effect profile is good with only 5% of patients withdrawing due
to gastro-intestinal or neurological side-effects. This well
tolerated drug, designed to cross the blood-brain barrier is worthy
of further study." |
Note: Jane is currently resting from Clomipramine as
at 150mg/day as it lowers her blood pressure too dramatically. |
| Melatonin
Jane takes 20mg once daily night before bed
Anti-angiogenic activity of melatonin in advanced cancer patients
| "Conclusions. This study, by showing that
melatonin-induced control or the neoplastic growth is associated
with a decline in VEGF secretion, would suggest that the pineal
hormone may control tumor growth at least in part by acting as a
natural anti-angiogenic molecule, with a following opposition or
angiogenesis-dependent cancer proliferation." |
Note: You need to use doctor prescribed full
strength melatonin, homeopathic Melatonin (6X) such as that purchased
at a chemist "over the counter" is one millionth (1,000,000th) of the
dose used in trials. |

as three 150mg doses

as Celebrex. |

Note: Jane has ceased the Zantac and replaced it
with Cimetidine.
